The former couple put their 10-acre Tennessee property on the market months after finalizing an asset division agreement
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Country music star Jelly Roll and his ex-wife, Bunnie Xo, have listed their marital home in Franklin, Tennessee, for just under $7 million, according to real estate sources cited by TMZ.
The custom-built property, which was put on the market on Wednesday, spans 10 acres of countryside. The residence features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and an automotive showroom, alongside outdoor amenities that include a resort-style pool, a secondary kitchen, and a dedicated dining space.
The sale comes several months after the pair legally named Jason Bradley DeFord, 41, and Alisa Andrea DeFord, 46 finalized their divorce in July.
According to court filings, the former couple reached a confidential settlement detailing the distribution of their assets, including real estate holdings, aircraft, vehicles, household furniture, and liabilities. The filings also noted that Bunnie received an undisclosed, one-time payment from the singer, and both parties officially rescinded authorization allowing their respective teams access to each other’s personal accounts.
